During our company holiday party, Mickey Seelye was very proud to award Courtney Shay the Donald J. Seelye Leadership Award for her unwavering efforts going above and beyond to do everything to help her team, and the auto group at large!

This is the second year since the inception of this distinct award, and as Mickey described the first “true” recipient of the award. The first year award was given to Mickey Seelye as a surprise from executive management to recognize him for his efforts in business and culture within Seelye Auto Group.  The award is an open nomination process from and for any Seelye Auto Group employee, and each nomination is then ranked and voted on by upper management.
