He clearly is extremely knowledgeable and he ensured that we were brought up to speed quickly regarding the truck features and equipped us with resources for troubleshooting or future needs. Bryan helped me trade in my SUV for a truck yesterday. Bryan was very professional and made sure the trade in and purchase process was smooth. He even helped me remove the old vanity plate from my trade in vehicle.
