Through all of it, both Josh and Collin stayed in contact with me, kept me updated on where things stood, and continued working behind the scenes to get everything taken care of. What impressed me most was the communication. I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening or had to chase someone down for an answer. They made sure I had everything I needed leading up to the purchase, and when I arrived to finalize everything, they had everything ready for me to sign. After spending a couple of days working through the details, having the actual delivery process go that smoothly was greatly appreciated.
