Kalamazoo Working Moms (KWM) is a supportive community founded by Ashly McNairy in February 2021. KWM started off as a Facebook group created to empower working moms in Kalamazoo, MI and surrounding areas. Today, KWM continues to serve as a hub for events, resources, networking, personal growth and community connection. KWM’s mission is rooted in giving back to the community and fostering generational breakthroughs in families through encouragement, education and empowerment.
